About Us

The Flawless Floor Company is based in Washington in the North East of England, and were established 4 years ago. Joe Middlemass, the managing director, started the company after a long service with a major high street retailer, we decided that we could offer better things to our clients. Better service, better prices and better value and choice.

There is over 70 years experience within our company, and we are a family run business. There are 3 fitting teams consisting of craftsmen fitters that fit the carpets and rugs that we provide.

The Flawless Floor Company is open 6 days a week and appointments can be easily arranged by phone.
